Steps

  1. Terminal: From Baggage Claim, exit the terminal and go outside.
  2. Elevator to Level 3: Cross the roadway to the parking garage. Enter the garage and take the elevator to Level 3.
  3. Walk to Rental Car Facility: After exiting the elevator, follow signs to the Rental Car Facility (RCF).
  4. Alamo counter: Inside the RCF main hall, walk to the left side of the hall to reach the Alamo counter. After receiving your keys, walk toward National and continue to the exit door near Hertz.
  5. Pickup: Take the elevator to Level 2. Follow overhead Alamo signs to locate your assigned vehicle.
