Steps

  1. Terminal: From Baggage Claim, exit the terminal and go outside.
  2. Elevator to Level 3: Cross the roadway to the parking garage. Enter the garage and take the elevator to Level 3.
  3. Walk to Rental Car Facility: After exiting the elevator, follow signs to the Rental Car Facility (RCF).
  4. Hertz counter: Inside the RCF main hall, turn left and walk to the Hertz counter. After receiving your keys, walk around the Hertz counter area and enter the garage on the counter level (marked as Level 1 in the RCF).
  5. Pickup: On Level 1, follow overhead Hertz signs to locate your assigned vehicle.
