Steps

  1. Terminal: From Baggage Claim, exit the terminal and go outside.
  2. Elevator to Level 3: Cross the roadway to the parking garage. Enter the garage and take the elevator to Level 3.
  3. Walk to Rental Car Facility: After exiting the elevator, follow signs to the Rental Car Facility (RCF).
  4. Payless counter: Inside the RCF main hall, walk to the Payless counter on the right side of the hall. After receiving your keys, use the exit door near Payless.
  5. Pickup: Take the elevator to Level 3. Follow overhead Payless signs to locate your assigned vehicle.
