SEA note: At SEA, rental cars are served via a Rental Car Shuttle.
Follow overhead signs for Rental Cars from Baggage Claim.
- Follow signs: From Baggage Claim, follow overhead signs for Rental Cars.
- Go to curb pickup: Continue outside to the shuttle pickup area.
- Ride shuttle: Take the shuttle to the Rental Car Facility (RCF).
2. Rental Car Facility → Enterprise → Garage Level 4

Steps
- Terminal: From Baggage Claim, follow overhead signs for Rental Cars. Shuttle stops are located near baggage claim 2 (door 2) and near baggage claim 15 (door 24). Walk outside to the Rental Car Shuttle pickup area.
- Shuttle: Board the shuttle and ride to the Rental Car Facility (RCF). After the shuttle drop-off, walk straight into the Rental Car Facility.
- Enterprise counter: Inside the main hall, turn left and walk to the Enterprise rental counter. After getting your keys, turn right as you exit the counter area and walk past Alamo until you reach the door near Payless.
- To elevators: Exit through the door near Payless. Turn right and walk toward the elevators. Take the elevator down to Level 4.
- Pickup: On Level 4, exit the elevator and follow Enterprise pickup signage to your vehicle.
