At SJC, rental counters are on the ground floor of the Rental Car Center (RCC) across from the terminal. From Terminal B baggage claim, exit to the sidewalk, use the crosswalk at the traffic light, and enter the RCC. After your counter, use the elevators across from the counter row to reach your pickup level.
