Steps

  1. Terminal: From Baggage Claim in Terminal B, exit to the sidewalk and follow the walkway toward the crosswalk and traffic light.
  2. Cross to the RCC: Cross the road at the traffic light and enter the Rental Car Center (RCC).
  3. Thrifty counter: On the ground floor of the RCC, locate the Thrifty counter in the rental counter row, between Dollar and Fox. Complete check-in and collect your keys.
  4. Elevator: Use the elevators on the hall side (across from the counters). Take the elevator to Level 2.
  5. Pickup: On Level 2, follow signs to the Thrifty pickup area.
