You enter on Level 4, then Level 2 for Thrifty.

Steps

  1. Baggage claim: Take elevators or escalators up to Level 4 (the SkyConnect platform level), following overhead signs as needed.
  2. SkyConnect platform: SkyConnect is TPA’s free train between the terminal and the Rental Car Center. Follow overhead signs to the SkyConnect station, then board toward the Rental Car Center.
  3. Enter the RCC: Train doors open into the rental counter building. You are in the main rental counter hall on Level 4.
  4. Thrifty Counter: Locate the Thrifty counter in the Level 4 hall, situated between Hertz and Dollar. Complete your paperwork and pick up your keys here.
  5. North Core Elevators: Head toward the North Core elevator bank (located past Fox). Take the elevator to Level 2.
  6. Thrifty Pickup: On Level 2, follow overhead signs to the Thrifty vehicle lot.
