2. Rental Car Center → Payless

You enter the RCC from the MIA Mover, then continue to Level 2 for Payless.

Steps

  1. Baggage claim: From baggage claim on Level 1, take the elevator up to Level 3, following signs for MIA Mover / Rental Car Center.
  2. MIA Mover station: MIA Mover is MIA's free train between the terminal and the Rental Car Center. On Level 3, follow signs through the Dolphin Garage walkway to the MIA Mover station, then board toward the Rental Car Center.
  3. Enter the RCC: The MIA Mover arrives at the Rental Car Center. After exiting the train, continue into the main RCC hall.
  4. Payless counter: Locate the Payless counter in the RCC hall, situated between Budget and Sixt. Complete your paperwork and pick up your keys here.
  5. Elevators to pickup: Head to the nearby elevators by Alamo / Sixt. Take the elevator to Level 2 / Rental Car Pickup.
  6. Payless pickup: On Level 2, follow overhead signs to the Payless vehicle pickup area.
