You are at Carousel 7, Terminal A, Level 2.

Steps

  1. Baggage claim: From Carousel 7 in Terminal A, Level 2, turn around and walk to the nearby elevator.
  2. Elevator to Level 1: Take the elevator down to Level 1 (Rental Cars / Ground Transportation).
  3. Alamo counter: When you exit the elevator, Alamo is straight ahead along the counter row, between National and Dollar. Go to the Alamo counter for your keys and paperwork.
  4. Rental Car exit: Return toward the elevator area and follow the "Rental Car" exit, going around the elevator block to the door.
  5. Cross to Garage A: Exit the terminal and cross the road to Garage A.
  6. Alamo pickup: On ground level in Garage A, Alamo pickup is on your left (near the Sixt elevator area). Continue to your assigned Alamo car.
