You are at Carousel 7, Terminal A, Level 2.

Steps

  1. Baggage claim: From Carousel 7 in Terminal A, Level 2, turn around and walk to the nearby elevator.
  2. Elevator to Level 1: Take the elevator down to Level 1 (Rental Cars / Ground Transportation).
  3. Dollar counter: When you exit the elevator, the rental counters are ahead. Dollar is toward the far right end of the row, between Alamo and Thrifty. Go to the Dollar counter for your keys and paperwork.
  4. Rental Car exit: Return toward the elevator area and follow the "Rental Car" exit, going around the elevator block to the door.
  5. Cross to Garage A: Exit the terminal and cross the road to Garage A.
  6. Go up to Level 2: At the garage, take the escalator to Level 2.
  7. Dollar pickup: At the top of the escalator, Dollar is on your left, along with Hertz and Thrifty on that side. Continue to your assigned Dollar car.
