Steps

  1. Baggage claim: From Carousel 7 in Terminal A, Level 2, turn around and walk to the nearby elevator.
  2. Elevator to Level 1: Take the elevator down to Level 1 (Rental Cars / Ground Transportation).
  3. Sixt counter: When you exit the elevator, the rental counters are ahead. Sixt is toward the middle of the row, between Payless and Enterprise. Go to the Sixt counter for your keys and paperwork.
  4. Rental Car exit: Return toward the elevator area and follow the "Rental Car" exit, going around the elevator block to the door.
  5. Cross to Garage A: Exit the terminal and cross the road to Garage A.
  6. Sixt pickup (ground level): On ground level in Garage A, go to the left side of the garage (near Alamo). Follow signs to the Sixt elevators and ride up to P1 for your assigned car.
