You are at Carousel 7, Terminal A, Level 2.

Steps

  1. Baggage claim: From Carousel 7 in Terminal A, Level 2, turn around and walk to the nearby elevator.
  2. Elevator to Level 1: Take the elevator down to Level 1 (Rental Cars / Ground Transportation).
  3. Thrifty counter: When you exit the elevator, the rental counters are ahead. Thrifty is at the far right end of the row, next to Dollar. Go to the Thrifty counter for your keys and paperwork.
  4. Rental Car exit: Return toward the elevator area and follow the "Rental Car" exit, going around the elevator block to the door.
  5. Cross to Garage A: Exit the terminal and cross the road to Garage A.
  6. Go up to Level 2: At the garage, take the escalator to Level 2.
  7. Thrifty pickup: At the top of the escalator, Thrifty is on your left, with Dollar and Hertz along that side. Continue to your assigned Thrifty car.
